IN WESTERN TEXAS ...WESTERN TERRELL COUNTY AT 715 PM CDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY MIDLAND DOPPLER RADAR 6 MILES NORTH OF SANDERSON MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. THE TORNADO IS CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER RURAL AREAS. DO NOT USE YOUR CAR TO TRY TO OUTRUN A TORNADO. CARS ARE EASILY TOSSED AROUND BY TORNADO WINDS.
