FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTHWESTERN TEXAS

   ...HOWARD COUNTY
 
SLOW-MOVING THUNDERSTORMS MOVING EAST THROUGH THE AREA WILL MAKE
FLOODING OF LOW-LYING AREAS A HAZARD. NUMEROUS REPORTS OF AN INCH OF
RAIN PER HOUR HAD BEEN RECEIVED AROUND BIG SPRING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
