FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO

   ...EASTERN EDDY COUNTY

DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED ISOLATED AREAS OF EAST EDDY COUNTY ALONG
HIGHWAY 128 AND NEAR LOCO HILLS IN NORTHEAST EDDY COUNTY HAVE
RECEVIED UPWARDS OF TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE
INCH POSSIBLE.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
