IN NORTHWESTERN TEXAS ...LYNN COUNTY AT 649 PM CDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY LUBBOCK DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS 19 MILES SOUTHWEST OF TAHOKA OR 2 MILES SOUTH OF NEW MOORE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
