IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI ...FRANKLIN COUNTY AT 110 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 6 MILES NORTH OF GERALD MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THE STORM WILL PASS BETWEEN GERALD AND UNION AND MOVE INTO ST. CLAIR BY 130 AM. HAIL AROUND 1 INCH IN DIAMETER IS LIKELY WITH THIS STORM ALONG WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN. JPK
