NEAR RINEYVILLE WHICH IS 25 MILES SOUTH OF LOUISVILLE. THE TORNADO IS
MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL AFFECT ELIZABETHTOWN AND COLESBURG BEFORE
655 PM EST.
