SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM NEAR PAXTON WESTWARD TO NEAR
CHAPPEL.  THESE STORMS ARE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.  SOME OF
THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF TORNADOES AND FUNNEL CLOUDS...ALONG
