WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR 23 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST
OF NORTH PLATTE OR 9 MILES SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF SUTHERLAND MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
