FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...SOUTHWESTERN GARDEN COUNTY
 
AT 743 PM MDT NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL IN
EXCESS OF 4 INCHES OVER SOUTHWESTERN GARDEN COUNTY ABOUT 7 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF OSHKOSH. OVER THE PAST SEVERAL HOURS THUNDERSTORMS
HAVE BEEN MOVING NORTHEAST ACROSS THIS SAME AREA...AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER THIS SAME AREA
FOR THE NEXT TWO HOURS. HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE AND
WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING ACROSS THIS AREA.
