WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 500 AM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES...

IN EAST KENTUCKY

   ...MORGAN
   ...WOLFE

AT 125 AM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED ANOTHER AREA OF HEAVY RAIN MOVING
THROUGH EAST KENTUCKY. THIS ARE OF RAIN WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLASH
FLOODING.

SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS ARE EXPECTED TO OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS TONIGHT
AND WATER WILL COVER ROADS. AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IS
POSSIBLE IN THIS AREA THROUGH 400 AM.

IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE RISING WATER.
