FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  830 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHWEST MISSISSIPPI
 
   ...ADAMS COUNTY
 
AT 425 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN ADAMS COUNTY. RADAR
RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN
SINCE 315 PM OVER SOUTH-CENTRAL ADAMS COUNTY.  THE HEAVY RAINFALL WILL
SPREAD NORTHWARD ACROSS NORTHERN AND WESTERN ADAMS COUNTY...INCLUDING
THE NATCHEZ AREA...THROUGH 530 PM.
 
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO CROSS BRIDGES OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  NEVER
TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT.
