RADAR INDICATEES RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO TWO AND A HALF INCHES FELL IN
MONTGOMERY COUNTY NEAR WINONA AND UP TO TWO INCHES FELL IN WESTERN
WEBSTER COUNTY SINCE 4 PM. PARKING LOTS IN WINONA WERE REPORTEDLY
FLOODED.
 
SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE
MOVING NORTH-NORTHEAST THROUGH WEBSTER AND MONTGOMERY COUNTIES
DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. THE GROUND IN THE WARNING AREA
IS ALREADY SATURATED AND ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL RESULT IN
ADDITONAL FLOODING OF LOW AREAS AND RAPID RISES IN SMALL STREAMS.
 
IF FLOODING OCCURRS IN YOUR AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
 
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO CROSS BRIDGES OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  NEVER
TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT.
