  NORTHERN CHAMPAIGN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 600 PM CDT
 
* SOME AREAS AFFECTED
  MAINLY NORTH OF ROUTE 136 AND EAST OF INTERSTATE 57.

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE NEARLY STATIONARY OVER
  NORTHEAST CHAMPAIGN COUNTY. RADAR IS ESTIMATING APPROXIMATELY 3
  INCHES OF RAIN FALLING PER HOUR.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE ACROSS
  THESE SAME AREAS THROUGH AT LEAST 5 PM.
