* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEEN MOVING OVER THE SAME PARTS OF MACON COUNTY
  SINCE 1230 PM. THE MACON COUNTY ESDA HAS REPORTED FLOODING OF
  UNDERPASSES WITH STALLED CARS. A WEATHER SERVICE OBSERVER REPORTED
  3.44 INCHES OF RAIN IN DECATUR SINCE 130 PM.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING OVER WESTERN MACON COUNTY
  AND WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS THE COUNTY.
