* AT 310 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  DEVELOPING TORNADO 5 MILES WEST OF GLEASON. THE STORM WAS MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

* THE STORM WILL BE NEAR GLEASON AND BLOOMVILLE BY 330 PM.  HAIL
  OVER AN INCH IN DIAMETER CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED.
