VERY HEAVY RAINS OVER THE LITTLE BLACKWOOD AND BLACKWOOD CREEK BASINS IN HAYES COUNTIES HAS RESULTED IN A RAPID RISE IN WATER LEVELS IN CENTRAL HAYES COUNTY.
