FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  215 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA
 
   ...WARREN COUNTY
 
AT 1215 AM EDT WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING
ACROSS WARREN COUNTY FROM THE WEST. THIS MEANS THERE WILL BE A SERIES OF
THUNDERSTORMS PASSING OVER THE SAME AREA....PRODUCING FLOODING. REPORTS
FROM THE WARREN COUNTY SHERIFF INDICATED THAT THERE HAS ALREADY BEEN
ROAD CLOSURES DUE TO HEAVY RAIN.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS
