AT 607 PM CDT WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY
RAIN ABOUT 7 MILES NORTH OF MOUNTAIN HOME ALONG INTERSTATE 10. THIS
STORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST. RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL RATES NEAR 2
INCHES PER HOUR WITH THIS STORM.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
