FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  730 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

AT 533 PM CDT WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY
RAIN ABOUT 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF HARPER. THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST
AT 10 MPH. RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL RATES AT OVER AN INCH AND A HALF PER
HOUR WITH THIS STORM.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS BRIDGES...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY
TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT TO ESCAPE
