* CAUSE AND EFFECT
    AN INCH AND A HALF TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE EARLY
    THURSDAY EVENING CAUSING REPORTS OF WATER COVERING ROADS AND
    RISING STREAM.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
    ANOTHER INCH OR TWO OF RAIN IS EXPECTED OVERNIGHT. SO SMALL
    STREAMS AND CREEKS ARE LIKELY TO OVERFLOW CAUSING ADDITIONAL
    FLOODING PROBLEMS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGER OF FLOODING WHILE DRIVING IN HEAVY RAIN.
