* SOME STREAMS AND RIVERS AFFECTED
    FLAT CREEK
    MUDDY CREEK

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
    AN INCH AND A HALF TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE EARLY
    THURSDAY EVENING CAUSING NUMEROUS REPORTS OF WATER COVERING
    ROADS AND RISING STREAMS.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
    ANOTHER INCH OR TWO OF RAIN IS EXPECTED OVERNIGHT. SO SMALL
    STREAMS AND CREEKS ARE LIKELY OVERFLOW CAUSING ADDITIONAL
    FLOODING PROTBLEMS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGER OF FLOODING WHILE DRIVING IN HEAVY RAIN.
