HEAVY RAIN IN EXCESS OF TWO INCHES HAS FALLEN SINCE 130 AM OVER
WESTERN CASS COUNTY...FLOODING NUMEROUS GRAVEL ROADS. COUNTY ROADS
227 AND 235 WERE REPORTED WITH UP TO A FOOT OF WATER OVER THE ROAD.
FLOODING WAS ALSO REPORTED BY CASS COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT NEAR
PECULIAR.
