*CAUSE AND EFFECT
AT 1215 AM...PRATT COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED WATER COVERING
HIGHWAY 281 FOUR MILES SOUTH OF PRATT AT THE SOUTH FORK OF THE
NINNESCAH RIVER.  OTHER COUNTY ROADS WERE ALSO WATER COVERED.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN PRATT COUNTY HAVE RANGED FROM 2 1/2 TO 4
INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.
