  DOPPLER RADAR HAS INDICATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF FOUR
  INCHES HAS FALLEN OVER NORTHEAST PRATT COUNTY BETWEEN
  IUKA AND PRESTON. HEAVY RAINS CONTINUES TO FALL OVER THIS
  AREA AND FLOODING OF ROADWAYS IS LIKELY

DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD! THE WATER
DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
