  WESTERN HODGEMAN COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS
* UNTIL 1235 AM CDT

* SOME STREAMS AFFECTED
  RAVINES AND SMALL DRAINAGE BASINS IN WESTERN HODGEMAN COUNTY

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER
  FAR WESTERN HODGEMAN COUNTY THUS FAR THIS EVENING. WATER WAS
  REPORTED OVER HOWELL ROAD. AS ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS MOVE ACROSS
  THE COUNTY...MORE ROADS MY BECOME WATER COVERED.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGER OF FLOODING.
