  EASTERN FINNEY COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS
* UNTIL 1005 PM CDT

* SOME STREAMS AFFECTED
  ALL SMALL STREAMS THAT FEED INTO THE PAWNEE RIVER OVER FAR EASTERN
  FINNEY COUNTY.

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  AS OF 7 PM CDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT UP TO
  FIVE INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER FAR EASTERN FINNEY COUNTY IN
  LESS THAN 3 HOURS. ADDITIONAL STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL CROSS THIS
  SAME AREA...DROPPING UP TO 2 MORE INCHES OF RAIN IN AN HOUR.

THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING REPLACES THE SMALL STREAM FLOOD
ADVISORY PREVIOUSLY IN EFFECT FOR FINNEY COUNTY.
