FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 200AM EDT DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND SHOWED AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN
MOVING ACROSS MEDINA COUNTY AND MORE HEAVY RAIN WAS TO THE WEST THAT
WILL MOVE INTO THAT COUNTY. OVER AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS MUCH
OF THE COUNTY SINCE FRIDAY EVENING. THIS RAIN WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF
SOME ROADS AND STREAMS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
