AT 255 AM CLEVELAND WEATHER DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF
THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN AND POSSIBLE SMALL HAIL MOVING EAST
SOUTHEAST ACROSS KNOX COUNTY. RAIN AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES
IS NOT UNLIKELY.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
