FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 215 AM EDT A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINS WAS DRIFTING
SOUTHEAST ACROSS MARION AND MORROW COUNTIES. AS MUCH AS AN INCH TO 2
INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER PARTS OF MARION COUNTY AND
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS WILL CAUSE FLOODING. THE HEAVY RAINS WERE ALSO
MOVING OVER MORROW COUNTY AND FLOODING IS LIKELY OVER PARTS OF THAT
COUNTY AS WELL.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
