THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A
FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...HANCOCK COUNTY...HENRY COUNTY...SENECA COUNTY...WOOD COUNTY
 
AT 7 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT AROUND 2 INCHES OF
RAIN HAS FALLEN IN PART OF HENRY...WOOD...HANCOCK AND SENECA COUNTIES.
SHERIFFS REPORT THAT SEVERAL ROADS IN HANCOCK COUNTY HAVE SOME WATER ON
THEM AND HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL IN THE AREA. RADAR SHOWS THAT
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN MAY CONTINUE THROUGH 9 AM IN THESE COUNTIES SO
FURTHER FLOODING IS LIKELY ALONG ROADWAYS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
