FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 210AM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AT BUFFALO DETECTED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM JUST WEST OF AVON ALONG RTE 20. THE STORM WAS MOVING
EAST AT 40 TO 45 MPH AND WILL PASS THROUGH WEST BLOOMFIELD AT 230 AND
CANANDAIGUA BY 245. STRONG DAMAGING WINDS AND TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS
COULD COMBINE TO DOWN TREES AND POWER LINES.
