AT 115 PM...BUFFALO DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
BETWEEN PERRYSBURG AND GOWANDA. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20
MILES AN HOUR AND WILL MOVE ACROSS THE ZOAR VALLEY AND SPRINGVILLE BY
200 PM.
