THUNDERSTORM AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 515 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN WEST NEW YORK

   ...CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY
 
AT 310 PM A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER CLYMER IN SOUTHWEST CHAUTAUQUA
COUNTY IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR WILL MOVE TOWARDS PANAMA
AND BEMIS POINT. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF DAMAGING WINDS...HAIL AND
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.  IN ADDITION...VERY HEAVY RAIN MAY CAUSE RAPID
FLOODING IN SMALL STREAMS AND IN URBAN AREAS.
 
IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
