THUNDERSTORM AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 710 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN WEST NEW YORK

   ...EASTERN NIAGARA COUNTY
 
AT 600 PM A CLUSTER OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE IN THE TOWNS OF
HARTLAND AND ROYALTON. THE STORMS WILL BE AFFECTING THE COMMUNITIES OF
GASPORT...MIDDLEPORT AND HARTLAND AS THEY MOVE SLOWLY NORTH AT 10 TO 15
MILES AN HOUR. YOU CAN EXPECT FLOOD PRODUCING RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH
AND/OR HAIL 3/4 INCH OR LARGER. FOR YOUR PROTECTION FROM
POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WINDS...MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR OF YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. HEAVY RAINS MAY ALSO CAUSE RAPID
FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. DONT ATTEMPT TO
