THUNDERSTORM AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 640 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN WEST NEW YORK

   ...SOUTHERN ORLEANS COUNTY
 
AT 535 PM A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER THE TOWN OF ALABAMA IN
NORTHWEST GENESEE COUNTY. IT WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MILES AN
HOUR. IT WILL REACH SHELBY CENTER BETWEEN 600 AND 615 PM.  THIS STORM
HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINS AND GUSTY WINDS.

ANOTHER STORM OVER OAKFIELD WILL MOVE INTO WEST BARRE AND BARRE CENTER
BETWEEN 600 AND 615 PM.
