000 TTAA00 KBOS 190225 RRA SVRBOS MAC001-190300- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TAUNTON MA 1024 PM EDT FRI JUL 18 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TAUNTON HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN SOUTHEAST MASSACHUSETTS ...EASTERN BARNSTABLE COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS. AT 1020 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER CAPE COD BAY. THIS STORM IS HEADING FOR THE OUTER CAPE AND WILL PASS OVER WELLFLEET AND EASTHAM BY 1030 PM. THIS STORM HAD SOME RADAR INDICATION OF A WATERSPOUT WHILE IT WAS OVER CAPE COD BAY. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH YOU SHOULD PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING. PEOPLE OUTSIDE SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER...
