A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM...WITH A RADAR INDICATED TORNADO...WILL MOVE FROM
NORTHEAST SHELBY COUNTY INTO SOUTHERN ST. CLAIR COUNTY BY 645. THIS
STORM WILL GENERALLY AFFECT ST. CLAIR COUNTY ALONG AND SOUTH OF I-20.
