SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  715 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA
 
   ...EASTERN FOSTER COUNTY
 
AT 6:05 PM A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH FLASH FLOOD PRODUCING RAINS WAS 10
MILES NORTHEAST OF CARRINGTON OR 35 MILES NORTHWEST OF JAMESTOWN MOVING
EAST AT 15 MPH.
 
THIS STORM IS NOEWLY DEVELOPED AND WILL AGAIN OVER THE TOWNS OF
JUANITA AND GLENFIELD. THIS AREA HAS ALEADY REVEIVED HEAVY RAINS THIS
EVENING...AND THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY IN LOW
LYING AREAS AND UNDERPASSES.
 
THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 8:15 PM CDT. THE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 7:15 PM CDT.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AN`D OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
