ACROSS SOUTHERN NORTH DAKOTA AND CENTRAL MINNESOTA THIS EVENING. BEHIND
THE WARM FRONT...WARM...MOIST...UNSTABLE AIR WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE
REGION.  MEANWHILE...AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE FROM THE
NORTHERN ROCKIES INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS.  THIS COMBINATION OF WEATHER
