000 TTAA00 KTUS 082248 FFWTUS AZC019-082345- BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TUCSON ARIZONA 348 PM MST MON JUL 8 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON ARIZONA HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 445 PM MST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN SOUTH CENTRAL ARIZONA ...EASTERN PIMA COUNTY INCLUDING TUCSON AT 345 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER THE SOUTHERN PART OF TUCSON. THIS STORM IS MOVING TO THE NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH. ADDITIONAL SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING OVER THE GREATER TUCSON AREA. BE PREPARED FOR VERY HEAVY RAIN...DAMAGING WINDS...AND HAIL.
