TORRENTIAL RAINS FELL ACROSS SOUTHERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY...IN THE
ABINGTON...CHELTENHAM...AND WILLOW GROVE AREAS LATE THIS AFTERNOON
AND EARLY THIS EVENING. REPORTS FROM EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT INDICATE 
THAT FLOODING IS STILL GOING ON AND THE COMMUNITIES OF UPPER DUBLIN
AND ABINGTON WERE STILL IN A STATE OF EMERGENCY. 

THE FLOOD WATERS ,WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
