A FLASH FLOOD WARNING UNTIL 1100 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...SOUTHERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY
 
TORRENTIAL RAINS FELL ACROSS SOUTHERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY...IN THE
ABINGTON...CHELTENHAM...AND WILLOW GROVE AREAS LATE THIS AFTERNOON
AND EARLY THIS EVENING. REPORTS FROM EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND
NEWSPAPER REPORTERS INDICATE PEOPLE WERE TRAPPED IN CARS BY THE
RISING WATERS...AND DIVING UNITS WERE CALLED IN TO RESCUE THEM.

WHILE ADDITIONAL SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH 10 PM...THE HEAVY RAINS
RAINS APPEAR TO HAVE ENDED FOR THE NIGHT. THE FLOOD WATERS WILL
SLOWLY SUBSIDE THROUGH THE REST OF THE EVENING.
