RAIN HAD FALLEN IN PORTIONS OF THE WARNING AREA. REPORTS OF STREET
FLOODING WERE RECEIVED FROM PORTIONS OF PHILADELPHIA AND CAMDEN
COUNTIES. FLOODING IS LIKELY TO CONTINUE IN THE WARNING AREA UNTIL
MIDNIGHT.
 
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED AREAS.  THE DEPTH OF THE
WATER MAY BE HIGHER THAN YOU THINK.  RAPIDLY RISING WATERS CAN
