DOWNPOURS OVER THE DELAWARE RIVER AND NEARBY AREAS OF SOUTHEAST
PENNSYLVANIA AND NEW JERSEY. IN EXTREME WESTERN GLOUCESTER COUNTY...THE
RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL RATES OF OVER 1 1/2 INCHES AN HOUR. FLOODING OF
ROADWAYS AND UNDERPASSES IS LIKELY OVER THE EXTREME WESTERN PART OF THE
COUNTY.
