A SKYWARN SPOTTER REPORTED THAT ROUTE 22 WAS CLOSED IN THE NORTH
PLAINFIELD AREA. HEAVIER RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST
PART OF THE COUNTY AND CONTINUE TO EXACERBATE THE URBAN AND SMALL
STREAM FLOODING IN PROGRESS.
