A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE
IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...SOUTHERN BUCKS COUNTY...SOUTHERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUES TO SHOW THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN
IN THE WARNED AREA.  IN ADDITION...OBSERVERS IN SOUTHERN MONTGOMERY
AND BUCKS COUNTIES REPORT THREE TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN DURING
THE PAST 3 HOURS OR SO WITH STREET FLOODING.
 
RAPID RISES ARE ALSO BEING REPORTED ALONG THE NESHAMINY CREEK IN
SOUTHERN BUCKS COUNTY.  RESIDENTS ALONG THIS WATERWAY ARE URGED
TO KEEP A CAREFUL WATCH ON THE NESHAMINY CREEK AND EVACUATE TO
HIGHER GROUND SHOULD ITS WATERS RISE OVER THE BANK.
 
AVOID AREAS WHICH ARE PRONE TO FLOODING.  BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS
AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS MORE DIFFICULT TO RECOGNIZE FLOOD DANGERS.
CONTINUE TO MONITOR NOAA WEATHER RADIO...AND YOUR LOCAL RADIO AND
TELEVISION STATIONS FOR THE LATEST INFORMATION ON THE FLOOD WARNING.
