HARBINE TO 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF FAIRBURY NEBRASKA OR ABOUT 15 TO 30 MILESOUTHWEST OF BEATRICE. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
 
THE TOWNS OF FAIRBURY..HARBINE AND BEATRICE ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS
STORM.
