IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...CHISAGO COUNTY ...ISANTI COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN ...POLK COUNTY AT 1202 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE STORMS JUST WEST OF METRO AREA. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH AND WILL BE AFFECTING THE CITIES OF CAMBRIDGE...NORTH BRANCH AND BALSAM LAKE. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT.
