000 TTAA00 KMLB 310010 TORMLB FLC009-FLZ501-310115- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO AND SPECIAL MARINE WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MELBOURNE FL 709 PM EST SAT MAR 30 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MELBOURNE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO AND SPECIAL MARINE WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 815 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA ...NORTHERN BREVARD COUNTY AND FOR MARINE INTERESTS ON THE COASTAL WATERS FROM... ...MOSQUITO LAGOON TO COCOA BEACH AT 707 PM...DOPPLER RADAR IN MELBOURNE SHOWED A SEVERE STORM THAT HAS PRODUCED A TORNADO MOVING INTO BREVARD COUNTY. THE STORM WILL REACH MIMS AND TITUSVILLE BY 730 PM AND CROSS THE COAST AROUND 8 PM. PERSONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.
