AT 654 PM CDT...A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE
DOPPLER RADAR 36 MILES EAST SOUTHEAST OF MULLEN OR 3 MILES WEST
SOUTHWEST OF HALSEY MOVING SOUTH AT 20 MPH. THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED
TO REMAIN IN OPEN COUNTRY AND SHOULD BE LOCATED 14 MILES SOUTHEAST
OF THEDFORD BY 730 PM CDT.
